Book an initial session

If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, an initial session is a gentle place to start.

We can use this time to get a sense of what’s going on for you, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

What to expect

The first session is a space to talk about what’s been happening for you, and what you’d like to change or understand more clearly.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we can go at a pace that feels manageable.

Session options

You can choose a standard 50-minute sesison, or 100-minute session if you’d prefer more time.

Sessions are available online and in person.

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need.

It’s completely okay to feel unsure about starting therapy. Many people find it a bit anxiety-provoking.

You don’t need to have everything worked out before you begin. We will work together to find a way forward that works for you.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All current availability is via telehealth
  • In-person sessions will be available from September 2026 in a specialised therapy space in Southbank, Melbourne
  • If you cannot find a suitable appointment time, please contact me to discuss options.
